For a number of years, I’ve been blessed to be a part of an incredibly dedicated team of coaches working with pastors and ministry leaders. Courage to Lead’s coaching team, along with its founder Shawn Lovejoy, is helping pastors and churches across the country to reach their full potential and fulfill God’s purpose and mission for their lives.
After serving for a couple decades in ministry, I know the challenges that are faced and the importance of encouragement and having someone to bounce ideas off of. Through the years working with Courage to Lead, I’ve had the privilege of walking with ministry leaders working through difficult transitions and restructuring. I’ve also been able to assist some with creating systems that will work specific to the leader’s specific church needs.
